Yoga Schedule

No classes at the moment! Follow my social media for future updates.

I started going to classes and actually practicing yoga almost in Spring of 2014, but I’ve been standing on my head since 1997, so it was a natural draw to the practice.

So two years ago, I found Ashtanga and hot flow classes near my workplace at the time, and totally fell in love, and there was no turning back.  At the time, I wasn’t all that happy about where I was working, or my career choice in general. My yoga practice was something that made me focus and feel some sort of calm, and I liked sharing it with others. I looked at my situation and decided what was really important to me. I started looking into how I could quit my job, hop on a plane across the world by myself, explore some place new, deepen my yoga practice and become a teacher.

I made a plan, and I started following through with it. I left left my office job in May of 2015, and took a job in landscaping and property maintenance. This job allowed me to get outside, be physically active everyday, and let me get creative in the garden; overall it was an amazing change and it was a way better environment for me.

Around the same time I switched jobs, I took that big step and signed up for Teacher Training. When the landscaping season was over, in November 2015, I left home on a big adventure across the world, and returned home with my 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training certificate.
